One would think this is some fantasy writer exposing his plots for that next blockbuster movie. Nope, nada this is one sick, twisted NYC Police officer who is trying to act out his plot with credible evidence that he is in the process of executing his plan.

Well in thise case no one was killed,injured, but how hard can it be to spell “Public”. One has to wonder what was going thru the typist’s mind. Leave it to the imagination I guess.
